For the purposes of this policy, "client" refers to any attendee, high school, exhibitor, college, university, sponsor, speaker, purchaser, institution, organization, or business who has used Worldwide College Tours services, is currently using Worldwide College Tours services, or who may do so in the future. "Personal Information" refers to any information provided when contacting any employee at Worldwide College Tours through phone call, email, website contact form, or by any other means, about an identified attendee, high school, exhibitor, college, university, sponsor, speaker, purchaser, institution, organization, or business.

Personal Information may be collected to provide you with professional service. Your Personal Information will be stored in Worldwide College Tours secure database and will be used to contact you when necessary and requested. Worldwide College Tours may combine your information with information collected from other companies and use it to improve and personalize the service provided to you. Worldwide College Tours does not sell, transfer, rent, or exchange your Personal Information with any third party.

Any feedback, suggestions, questions, correspondence, comments, registrations, creative ideas, or other information communicated to Worldwide College Tours by calling, emailing, filling out a contact form, or through any other means shall be treated as confidential.
